About Qontra
What is Qontra?+
Qontra is a deep technology company building planetary-scale orbital intelligence infrastructure. It operates six integrated core systems (Qontra-FUSION, Qontra-DataTwin, Qontra-PSO, Intellect Systems, Qontra-MERIDIAN, and Qontra-AUGUR) connected through a master architecture called QOIA. QOSE is Qontra's flagship product, built on top of these systems.
Where is Qontra based and where does it operate?+
Qontra UK is the parent company of Qontra, governed under the laws of England and Wales. Qontra is born global by design, structured to serve all 195 countries directly from inception rather than through gradual expansion, with local partnerships and licensing where local roots are required.
Is Qontra operational?+
Qontra is in active development and outreach. Architecture, engineering documentation, and core systems are in progress, with Qontra-MERIDIAN under active development and QOSE already live. Qontra is currently in institutional engagement and partnership development.
Engagement
Who can engage with Qontra?+
Qontra UK engages with governments, companies, and institutions worldwide, whatever their size, where mandate and accountability align with what Qontra is built to serve.
How do I initiate contact?+
Use the Engage page to submit an institutional enquiry with your name, organisation, jurisdiction, and the nature of your interest. This opens a direct line to Qontra UK.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?+
All preliminary engagement is treated as confidential. Qontra UK reviews each enquiry and responds directly to discuss next steps. There's no obligation on either side to proceed further.
Systems & Capabilities
What is Qontra-MERIDIAN?+
Qontra-MERIDIAN is the operational decision environment for institutions of scale. It is built and maintained under UK jurisdiction, with the accountability structure institutions of scale require.
What is Qontra-FUSION?+
Qontra-FUSION is Qontra's software intelligence layer; it owns no hardware. Partner-operated satellites connect through Qontra-GATE, PRISM AI handles anomaly detection, and COMPASS AI simplifies the intelligence into a usable client interface. Together they form the observation backbone that feeds downstream intelligence systems across Qontra.
What is QOSE?+
QOSE (Qontra Orbital Simulation Environment) is Qontra's flagship product, a full orbital mission platform built on top of Qontra's core systems. It unifies real-time SGP4/SDP4 propagation, collision risk modelling, ground station pass prediction, and live debris tracking with QOSE Brutal, QOSE Lab, CAD Inspector, Sentinel, and Reclaim under one deployment at qose.qontra.uk. Unlike Qontra's core systems, products like QOSE are where the platform is expected to grow over time.
Where can I access Qontra's research and technical publications?+
Qontra's research and technical publications are published on qontra.space, Qontra's Research & Intelligence Portal.
qontra.space
What is qontra.space?+
qontra.space is Qontra's Research & Intelligence Portal, the public-facing knowledge layer of the Qontra infrastructure programme.
What will I find on the Research & Intelligence Portal?+
The portal hosts Qontra's published white papers, technical research documents, and intelligence publications. It's a continuously growing library, with Qontra's initial white papers on orbital debris among the first releases.
