Six Systems.
One Architecture.

Qontra operates six integrated core systems, each a distinct layer of the intelligence stack, connected through QOIA.

Core System

Qontra-MERIDIAN

Operational Decision Environment

The operational decision environment for institutions of scale. MERIDIAN begins as an operational risk platform and evolves into the layer institutions defer to rather than consult. Built and maintained under UK jurisdiction, with the accountability structure institutions of scale require.

Infrastructure System

Qontra-FUSION

Software Intelligence Layer

A software intelligence layer with no owned hardware. Partner-operated satellites connect through Qontra-GATE, FUSION's access layer. PRISM AI handles anomaly detection across incoming signal, and COMPASS AI simplifies the intelligence into a usable client interface. Together they form the observation backbone that feeds downstream intelligence systems across Qontra.

Infrastructure System

Qontra-DataTwin

Planetary-Scale Digital Twin

A real-time planetary digital twin that mirrors physical systems at institutional scale. Owned and developed by Qontra Stream. DataTwin ingests orbital, terrestrial, and systems data to produce a continuously updated model of the operational world.

Infrastructure System

Qontra-PSO

Planetary Systems OS

The operating system layer beneath Qontra's intelligence stack. PSO manages resource allocation, data routing, and systems coordination across Qontra's infrastructure. The foundation on which DataTwin, FUSION, and MERIDIAN's signal processing operate.

Decision Intelligence Layer

Intellect Systems

Qontra Decision Intelligence

The decision intelligence layer of the Qontra architecture. Intellect Systems synthesises data from FUSION, DataTwin, and PSO into strategic signal for institutional decision-makers. Currently in pre-deployment — not yet available for external licensing.

Predictive Intelligence Layer

Qontra-AUGUR

Divergence & Predictive Detection

The predictive layer of the Qontra architecture. AUGUR is built to detect divergence before it becomes disruption, surfacing early signal across the systems it draws on so institutions can act ahead of events rather than in response to them.

Master Architecture — North Star

QOIA

Qontra Orbital Intelligence Architecture

The connective architecture that makes Qontra coherent at scale. QOIA is the master layer, the structural logic that connects every system, every partnership, and every data stream into a single unified intelligence fabric. It's not licensed outward, and no partner is authorised to operate it.

Core Architecture — No External Access
North Star

QOIA sits above product and platform entirely; it's the reason every other system in this list eventually converges into something new. What it enables at full deployment isn't disclosed here.

Systems are the fixed architecture beneath Qontra. Products are what Qontra builds on top of them, the layer where that architecture becomes something institutions and teams use directly.

Orbital Simulation & Mission Platform

QOSE

Qontra Orbital Simulation Environment

A full orbital mission platform: real-time SGP4/SDP4 propagation, collision risk modelling, ground station pass prediction, and live CelesTrak debris tracking, unified with QOSE Brutal, QOSE Lab, CAD Inspector, Sentinel, and Reclaim under one deployment at qose.qontra.uk. It's where Qontra's real-data-only philosophy actually runs in practice: no invented physics, no fabricated specs.
